Organise your radio call handling with Look@Fleet
The Look@Fleet control console is intended for use on a busy radio system, to organise incoming call requests, and provide an effective means of responding to them. This is combined with emergency priority call handling, and regular monitoring of lone workers who may be working in potentially hazardous environments. The console consists of two trunked radio units, which feed into a computer with the Look@Fleet application package installed. Each radio identity number can be assigned a text description of up to 40 characters, allowing presentation of call information to be more easily interpreted on the screen.

Call Stacking Display
The control console can receive call requests from any radio user, and these are arranged in priority order in the call stack.
Current Status Window
The most recent reported status for each user can be seen in the status window. This can show at a glance who is available to take the next job, or which staff are operating in a particular area.
Activity List
Every transaction is noted in the activity list so that the Look@Fleet operator can see events as they happen. This information is also stored in a log for later review or analysis.
Lone Worker Monitoring
Any radio user can be equipped to receive regular polled calls that prompt a response from the lone worker. If the radio cannot be contacted, or the user fails to respond to a polled request, the Look@Fleet operator is alerted. A text message can also be sent to the lone worker's supervisor to summon assistance.
Emergency Call Alert
In the event of an emergency, a user can simply send an alarm call request, which will immediately trigger to alert the operator and send a text message to a designated supervisor.
Send text messages
A text message can be despatched to a single radio, or to a number of users as a batched job.
Locate a vehicle
Any member of staff can be equipped with a fitted vehicle mobile radio with location facility. The operator can send a request to the vehicle to automatically respond with its current location. The response is displayed on the Look@Fleet screen, as a text description with current speed and distance from the nearest known landmark. This can be achieved using just the basic Look@Fleet package.
A birds eye view
The vehicle location facility can be greatly enhanced using the mapping module to give a detailed picture of the situation detailed right down to street level throughout the country.
A subset of the above facilities are available from other workstations on the same local area network, at no extra cost. When this is combined with the speech contact that can be achieved using the telephone interconnect capabilities of the trunked radio network, a comprehensive range of voice and data communications facilities are available from all around your organisation.
