Zycomm holds the Ofcom (formerly the Radio Communications Agency) license and are accredited under BS ISO9001 and RQAS which allow us to use the full number of short term radio hire channels available, authorising users without protracted waiting for licenses to be granted. Other organisations are not as qualified and as such only have access to the old, crowded, less regulated channels. Our license covers us to hire equipment in mainland Britain and the Channel Islands. Therefore we do not offer equipment for taking abroad. And the cost? For our larger customers, who give us a regular and exclusive commitment, two-way radio hire can be less than £1 per day. The cost of hire includes all the hidden licence costs; the only extras are carriage, insurance and VAT.
