It was a pleasure to attend this year’s Holiday Park & Farm Innovation Show 2017 at the NEC in Birmingham.
We were able to exhibit our services amongst 300 other great businesses and companies ranging from Glamping, outdoor play area constructors, Waterparks, rural food and drink distributers, animal farms, and caravan parks.
Throughout the event we were able to witness great new ideas and concepts alongside the public who attended the free event. Over 150 speakers took to the stage during the two-day show, including Michael Eavis whose land is used for the annual Glastonbury Festival. Delivering engaging talks and captivating seminarscovering a range of topics in within the Farming business and the Holiday business areas, all attendees were sure to pick up something of use from the programme.
Both days were brilliantly run, providingour expert team a chance to speak to those who attended the show about the services we provide and how they can solve so many business’ problems and issues including, increasing productivity, enhancing health and safety, and improving organisation in the workplace. We also spoke with many of the other exhibitors enabling us to network, answer questions about what problems they may have when it comes to their organisation’s communication, and how we could help them progress.
The most common issue that we came across during the event was that companies still using analogue radios were experiencing interference. We were able to explain to them thebasics, includinghowdigital radios would resolve this issue. Digital two way radios can give better coverage and eradicate the problem of interference whilst also opening them up to additional and enhanced features, for example, the emergency button on digital radios which is a must for lone workers.
The event for us was a great success, led by our Sales Manager Scott Gregory, we were able to showcase our services to a vast range of businesses within the holiday and farming industries, we gained new contacts and a more in-depth insight into two ever-growing industries that still rely on two-way radio communications. Two products that captured the attention ofthe people we spoke to were the Hytera PD505 and PD705, two licensed professional radios. Many of the visitors who stopped by our stand were already using license free radios; we were able to showcase the benefits of the licensed PD505 and PD705.
We want to thank both the Holiday Park and Farm InnovationShow for allowing us to exhibit and showcase our business.
